Service and accounts
Point Agency provides enquiry submission and review, customer management, company workspaces, communication and distribution according to enabled services and permissions. Supply accurate information, use accounts you are authorised to manage, protect login details and never share verification codes. Company activation may require administrative review and approval.
Acceptable use
Users must have appropriate authority and consent to use customer data and communicate with customers, and must respect requests to stop contact. Impersonation, access to another company's workspace, unauthorised messaging and unlawful content are prohibited. An account may be restricted after review where misuse or a security risk is identified.
Services and commercial terms
The accepted plan or commercial offer defines services, prices, subscriptions and its cancellation or refund terms. An enquiry or qualification result does not guarantee a sale or return. Review information and results before making a decision or financial action; payments and verification follow the approved service workflow.
